A single law firm in Orlando has filed 48 lawsuits this year alone against Florida property managers who allegedly refused to rent to applicants base on previous criminal convictions.

They are working closely with multiple charitable organizations across South Florida and the Treasure Coast to ensure every student receives the necessary school supplies to succeed.

The Realtors® of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAPB + GFLR) and the South Broward Board of Realtors® hosted a trade mission at Toronto Realtor® Quest from May 28th to the 30th. This is Canada’s largest real estate trade show and conference, which is put on annually by the Toronto Real Estate Board.

Florida Realtors® recently updated the Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase, its As Is companion, and all Comprehensive Riders on June 14, 2019. The changes result from Miami-Dade County revising its county code; sellers must now disclose Special Taxing Districts in Miami-Dade County when applicable.

The Realtors® of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAPB + GFLR) and the South Broward Board of Realtors® have had a close relationship for over 10 years with Conselo Federal De Corretores De IMóveis (COFECI). They serve as the ambassador association to COFECI and traveled to Brazil for an exciting announcement at the COFECI Plenary.
