Supra unlocks doors around the nation and allows you to grant or get access to showings with the Supra eKEY app for iOS and Android devices. The app is designed to optimize functionality and improve security and is the foundation for future enhancements.

To function properly, the current eKEY app requires either Apple® iOS 12 (or later) or Android OS 8 (or later) operating system to be installed on the user’s device. Before installing the latest eKEY app, keyholders should ensure their phone operating system is current.

Online agreement & authorization code

Get started with Supra by filling out the online agreement. Then download the application for your device. Once the application is downloaded, you may need an authorization code. Below are some ways to access your code and reset your pin.

  • Get started by filling out this online agreement

    1. Download the Supra eKEY app

    2. Click activate the eKEY app

    3. Enter your email or phone (on file with Supra)

    4. Enter a 4-digit PIN and click Submit

    5. Click the authorization link (sent via email or text message)
