South Florida Housing Market Report
Million-dollar sales remain robust, up 7.6% in September and up 20.2% year-to-date, with $10 million in sales poised to hit a record high. Million-dollar sales continued to buck the overall sales decline, with September sales up 7.6 from one year ago, and with year-to-date sales up 20.2%. Year-to-date closed sales of $10 million or more hit 407 and will likely be the highest on record at the current pace (full-year sales in 2021 with 436 sales). Cash sales accounted for 86% of the $10 million or more in sales.)
