  • Listing agent must add listing by 3:00 pm the day prior and attend Marketing Madness at 8:30 am. Tours start at 10:30 am.

    1. Log onto Flexmls via MyRealtorDash.com

    2. Click "Menu" then "Change Listing"

    3. Enter/Select Listing

    4. Select "Brokers Open" and "Add"

    5. Add Tour Date, Time, and Area Number

  • Listing agent must add listing by 3:00 pm the day prior and attend Marketing Madness at 8:30 am. Tours start at 10:30 am.

    1. Log into Matrix via MyRealtorDash.com

    2. Click "Input (Add/Edit)"

    3. Select Listing then click "Edit"

    4. Select "Open Houses"

    5. Select "Open House Type = Brokers Open"

    6. Select "Active=Yes"

    7. Add Tour Date, Time, and select "Submit Listing"

    2. Click "Add/Edit" 

    3. Select Listing Under “Quick Modify"

    4. Select "Open Houses" 

    5. Select "Open House Type = Brokers Open" 

    6. Select "Active=Yes" 

    7. Add Tour Date, Time, and select "Submit Listing"
