Review Your Contacts and Saved Searches in the Upgraded System By January 20th

Your MLS upgrade is almost ready and may need your attention. Your next-generation MLS system will keep you at the forefront of the technology revolution. As part of the upgrade, your Contacts and Saved Searches have been imported into the new system, but some fields require adjustment due to differences between the old and new systems.

Please follow the instructions below to review the accuracy of your Saved Searches in the upgraded system by January 20th. We also recommend reviewing the accuracy of your Contacts by the same date.

    1. Click here to log into the upgraded Matrix system.

    2. My Matrix tab > My Saved Searches.

    3. If any of your Saved Searches are marked with an asterisk (for example, *Broward homes for the Smiths), then action is needed; compare the criteria to the corresponding search in the current Matrix system and adjust any missing or changed criteria.

    4. If none of your Saved Searches are marked with an asterisk, no action is needed. Questions, contact mlssupport@rworld.com.

    1. Copy and paste this link bit.ly/flexmls-upgrade into a different browser* than the one you are currently using for Flexmls. If prompted, click Continue to Destination.

    2. Log in, then click Saved Searches.

    3. If any of your Saved Searches have been renamed with “Please Review” (for example, Please Review Palm Beach homes for the Smiths), then action is needed; compare the criteria to the corresponding search in the current Flexmls system and adjust any missing or changed criteria.

    4. If none of your Saved Searches have been renamed with “Please Review,” no action is needed. Questions, contact mlssupport@rworld.com.


    *Why is a different browser needed for Flexmls users? The current and upgraded versions share login resources and may conflict if opened in the same browser. Temporarily using a second browser ensures everything loads correctly. For example, if Chrome is your default browser, you can temporarily use Safari or Firefox instead. Once the parallel period ends, you will only need one browser of your choice to access Flexmls.

The upgraded system will boast many key benefits, like streamlining the Add/Edit process in a huge way, whether you use Flexmls or Matrix.   • Flexmls and Matrix have historically been completely different data sets with different field names and features. We are normalizing the data from both systems and mapping out the fields on both platforms to ensure complete alignment.

  • We are simplifying the Add/Edit process in a huge way. You will be able to add and edit listings directly from your MLS dashboard or your MLS system. This will save you time and clicks, resulting in a user-friendly experience. 

    Listing Input Form will match the Add/Edit order exactly. List Assist Technology - Flexmls Auto Assistant is a new suite of smart, automated tools leveraging AI and other reliable data sources (media, public records, and more), to automatically suggest, populate, and validate property information during listing entry, resulting in deeper data, more accurate listings, and less manual work for agents.

  • Our conditional logic tool will automatically populate specific fields and bypass other fields that you do not need to fill out based on your input selections. This will save you time and create a more efficient way to add listings. 

  • The AI Integration feature will utilize AI to list photos, descriptions, and other elements. You will no longer need to jump out and create a new window and chat for AI tools, as they will be natively available in the MLS.

  • School details now auto-populate directly into your listings, saving you time and ensuring accuracy. With less manual entry, you can create polished, professional listings faster while providing clients with reliable information they value. This new feature will reveal schools in the area based on your listing address.

  • Advanced Compliance Detection scans your listings for common errors and offers suggested fixes before submission. This helps you reduce compliance issues, avoid time-consuming corrections, and keep your listings on track from the start. The system technology will also show you how to fix your errors.

  • With Shareable Listing Form Entries, you can create a listing once and easily share it with your clients. Print a hard copy for review or send it by email for e-signature through Authentisign—streamlining the process and eliminating unnecessary paperwork. Additionally, keeping your clients in the know on how the listing is entered in the MLS will be an added layer of protection, communication, and value.
