Photos, video, and visual content are essential for marketing in real estate. The BeachesMLS Certified Photography Program helps to connect Realtors® and photographers.
Photographers agree to the program terms of use, and BeachesMLS maintains a database of those photographers that Realtors® can search to find photographers to work with.
Programs Perks
Simpler contracting: Our Certified photographers have agreed to a license with BeachesMLS that allows photos to be uploaded to the MLS and used consistent with MLS rules and regulations. Participation in the program can help limit confusion between Realtors® and photographers about copyright and licensing matters.
Easier submissions: Managing photo uploads is more streamlined. Participating photographers can upload the listing photos directly into Matrix or Flexmls as long as you add them as a contact.
Directory Search: If you have a specific request, like someone who specializes in drone-based photography, you can search our database of certified photographers who specialize in just that.
Compliant content: Our photographers are aware of MLS rules, guidelines, and policies, and will ensure that all photos submitted to the MLS are compliant with those policies.
