As a Certified Photographer, you will have the ability to upload photos and virtual tours directly through our MLS platform. What a tremendous incentive for Realtors® to use your services! With this program, not only can you offer a seamless service to a Realtor® clientele, but you will also gain exposure as a Certified Photographer.

Getting Started
Complete an Application
Getting started is easy with our online application. Just fill in your contact information, website, territory, and services. Then, upload your logo and accept the terms of the photographer agreement. Once your application has been processed, Realtors® may contact and hire you as a Certified Photographer.

What are the requirements beyond the application?
Once properly vetted, BeachesMLS will require you to sign a standard agreement. Then you will be added to our directory as a Certified Photographer.
If I am accepted as a Certified Photographer will I have MLS Access?
Yes, Certified Photographers are provided access to both MLS platforms Matrix™ and Flexmls to upload and edit photos and virtual tours.
