How can I subscribe to RWorld emails?
Members are auto subscribed to all emails that are relevant to their membership type.
How can I manage my email preferences?
There is Preferences link at the bottom of all RWorld emails. You can also click Unsubscribe, which will opt you out of all marketing emails.
How can I find missing emails?
Emails are sent from the domain @rworld.info and can be found in your Inbox, Promotions, Other, or Junk folders. They may also appear in your Deleted folder if you created a special rule for your Inbox. If you are unable to find the missing emails, your IT person will need to whitelist the following domains: RWorld.info, cmail1.com through to cmail20.com, and Createsend7.com.
I’m a Gmail User - How can I find missing emails?
Gmail users have multiple inboxes (Primary, Social, and Promotions). By default, Promotions can only be viewed directly from the Gmail app. From your Gmail app, locate our email in Promotions, then drag it to Primary inbox to save your preference. Watch Video
I’m an Outlook User - How can I find missing emails?
Outlook users have multiple inboxes (Focused and Other). By default, Other emails can only be viewed directly from the Outlook app. From your Outlook app, locate our email in Other, right click, and select Always Move to Focused.
