By using our Websites, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Types of Information We Collect and Use
We collect various types of information for different purposes to provide and improve our Websites for you.

Site and service updates
Some types of email correspondence don’t have opt-out capabilities if you’re an Rworld member, such as the occasional notice of a major breaking news event to Florida licensees, members’ dues invoices, and other website and service announcements.
Contact information
Rworld does not share, sell, or trade email addresses, other than with our partners. Email addresses may be listed in the public REALTOR Search and membership directories. Rworld may use your email address to send you information and may provide you with online informational or marketing messages that have been approved by Rworld together with other communications to which you have subscribed. Forms of contact information other than email address (for example, street address) may be listed in the membership directories available on nar.realtor.
Usage Data
We may also collect information how our Websites access and use data (“Usage Data”). Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Websites or from the Websites infrastructure itself. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s internet protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Websites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Websites and hold certain information. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that uniquely identify your device and which a website can transfer to a consumer’s hard drive to keep records of his or her visit at a website. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Websites available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Data Retention
Rworld will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Rworld will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.
Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred and maintained on devices located outside of your state, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other websites. Do-Not-Track Disclosure
Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature that allows you to communicate to websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Our system does not respond to Do Not Track requests or headers from some or all browsers at this time.
Children
Our Websites do not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
