We use a third-party vendor to print and ship all of our orders. Typically, orders are delivered between 5-10 days, depending on the complexity of the order and shipping carriers.

If you have not received your order and it’s been more than 15 days since you placed it, please email us at communications@rworld.com. We can look up your order and see where it’s at in the process. If your order is out of stock or damaged, we will initiate a refund.
