We use a third-party vendor to print and ship all of our orders. Typically, orders are delivered between 5-15 days, depending on the product and shipping carriers.

If you have not received your order and it’s been more than 15 days since you placed it, please email us at merch@rworld.com. We can look up your order and see where it’s at in the process.
Return Policy - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at printer’s expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to printer’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to printer’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment if applicable.
