Regional Boards

We are the third-largest local association in the nation, with over 42,000 members. Our Regional Boards provide area-specific oversight to ensure our members have a voice based on their region. Regional Boards are divided into four regions: South Broward County, North Broward County, Palm Beach County, and the Treasure Coast. As a Regional Board Member, you will be part of the driving force that spearheads the association, empowers fellow Realtors®, and advocates for their needs.

Corporate Board of Directors

Our Corporate Board is highly esteemed in our leadership structure. Directors are involved in every aspect of the association's infrastructure. Using a member-centric perspective, these leaders strive to improve the association through strategy and policy. Our Corporate Board of Directors is devoted to serving all Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® members.

Qualifications for Applicants

  • Per Association Bylaws

    Regional Board Members shall have served on a Committee, a Task Force, RCA, or Work Group of the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® or any of the previously merged organizations during four preceding administrations or served as chairman of a Committee, a Task Force or a Work Group of the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® or any of the previously merged organizations at any time during the five years preceding the date of election, or have been a graduate of the local, state or national Leadership Academy.  Leadership positions held at any NAR-recognized Institutes, Societies, and Councils shall also be considered.

  • Per Association Bylaws

    Directors shall have served on a Regional Board, a Committee, a Task Force, RCA or Work Group of the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®or any of the previously merged organizations during two preceding administrations or served as chairman of a Committee, a Task Force or a Work Group of the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® or any of the previously merged organizations at any time during the five years preceding the date of election.
