In order to apply for membership to the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® Association, you must hold an active Broker's license.

You must hold an active Sales Associate or Broker Associate License, and your Broker of Record/Designated REALTOR® must be a Primary or Secondary Member.

In order to apply for a membership with The Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® Association, you must hold an active Certified Appraiser’s License.

Proceed if you are a Broker of Record/Designated REALTOR®, have applied for a new office, or are changing your existing office, or if you are an Agent upgrading to Broker of Record.

Designated Broker or Managing Broker must complete the application on behalf of the MLS Assistant/Secretary and upload a photo ID of the Assistant/Secretary
