Realtors® Leave Tech Conference Encouraged for Future

The Realtors® of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAPB + GFLR) and the South Broward Board of Realtors® hosted Tech Con on May 31st at the Boca Raton Marriot. Over 300 people attended the day-long event sponsored by WiseAgent. The conference featured twelve speakers who shared their insights on technology, social media, marketing, and more.

“We wanted to show our Realtor® members how helpful technology can be when dealing with transactions and lead generation. Technology is prevalent in real estate and our hope for the conference was to not fall behind. It’s imperative that Realtors® stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends so they can have a greater impact on buyers and sellers,” said Jeffrey Levine, RAPB + GFLR President.

A wide variety of topics were covered by the speakers including: How to Funnel Facebook Leads into Your CRM, Gain New Business Using Facebook Groups, Turning Instagram Likes into Leads, Attracting New Customers with Alexa, Being Relatable through Video, Creating a Strategy for Content Marketing, and more.

The conference was headlined by keynote speaker Jeff Turner, Entrepreneur in Residence for the National Association of Realtors®’ Reach Program. Turner spoke to attendees on how it’s time to adapt to the latest technology trends in real estate.

Realtors® left Tech Con with the tools needed to increase leads and strategies to execute the latest real estate technology into their business. The conference was inspired and organized by the Young Professionals Network.

In between sessions, Realtors® networked with local affiliates and technology vendors about how they can work together using the latest real estate technology trends.

“Tech Con was a tremendous success. We saw Realtors® walk away with confidence and a plan to implement the latest technology into their everyday work life,” said Dionna Hall, RAPB + GFLR CEO.
