As BeachesMLS participants and subscribers, we want you to feel as prepared as you can be to navigate these changes. Here are some key highlights regarding the settlement changes.

  • The MLS will no longer offer compensation

  • Realtors® must implement a Written Buyer Agreement prior to touring a home with a potential buyer or utilize Florida Realtors® new Property Pre-Touring Agreement (PPTA-1)

  • BeachesMLS Rules, Regulations, and Compliance Guidelines are changing due to the NAR settlement.

  • You will be asked to affirm your subscription to BeachesMLS by signing the updated Participant and Subscriber agreements when accessing the MLS through your dashboard.
