The MLS will no longer offer compensation
Realtors® must implement a Written Buyer Agreement prior to touring a home with a potential buyer or utilize Florida Realtors® new Property Pre-Touring Agreement (PPTA-1)
BeachesMLS Rules, Regulations, and Compliance Guidelines are changing due to the NAR settlement.
You will be asked to affirm your subscription to BeachesMLS by signing the updated Participant and Subscriber agreements when accessing the MLS through your dashboard.
