Temporary Off Market Status
Use the Temporarily Off Market (TOM) status in Flex or Matrix to transition your listing from Active status and stop showings.
TOM pauses the Days on Market counts, and also pauses distribution to IDX feeds and third-party sites.
You must have written permission from your seller to use this status (email is okay.)
No showings are allowed for listings in Temporarily Off Market status.

Virtual Broker Opens & Virtual Open House
Though the ability to host in-person open houses have been removed from the MLS, there is now an option to host these events virtually. Virtual Showings with ShowingTime
Let buyers agents know that they can schedule virtual showings using the ShowingTime schedule feature. While setting up your showing instructions, add a link to live online services such as Zoom/Facebook/etc. Buyers agents select the Virtual Showing appointment type when scheduling for a live video showing.
