Working in Miami-Dade County? Sellers Must Disclose Special Taxing Districts

Florida Realtors® recently updated the Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase, its As Is companion, and all Comprehensive Riders on June 14, 2019. The changes result from Miami-Dade County revising its county code; sellers must now disclose Special Taxing Districts in Miami-Dade County when applicable.

Samples of the Updated Forms:

  1. Checkbox added to Paragraph 19 of the Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase and its As Is companion | View Sample

  2. Comprehensive rider added for use with the Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase and its As Is companion| View Sample

  3. Addendum added for use with the Contract for Residential Sale and Purchase (CRSP) or Vacant Land Contract | View Sample

Please Note: In the footer area, these forms will reflect a 6/19 revision date and be marked as FloridaRealtors®/FloridaBar-5x, ASIS-5x, and the comprehensive riders will be labeled as CR-5x. The 5x forms will replace the existing Florida Realtors®/FloridaBar-5, ASIS-5, and all of the CR-5s.
