Real Estate Podcasts You Should Follow
People crave information at a staggering rate these days, and they consume it through podcasts. Earlier this month, we hosted our annual event, TechCon, which was a huge success. One of the TechCon panel sessions was centered around podcasts, and the subject matter hovered around the benefits of starting one and how Realtors® can understand more about topical trends and the real estate profession by listening.
Here are some of the panelists from TechCon and their podcasts if you want something new to listen to.
Billy Nash, who hosts a podcast on Luxury Real Estate, mentioned on the panel that his listeners want to hear his experiences in the industry. He highlighted that his strategy is not about having a pre-made script to record each episode; he simply gathers several keywords on a topic and then starts talking freely about his experiences.
The No-Bull Broker podcast by Jonathan Lickstein has a slightly different approach. Real estate isn't always as glamorous, and he breaks down real stories from top producers and professionals in the industry. There's no filter with podcasts; his strategy is to deliver raw and unfiltered content.
Current RWorld President David Serle has a podcast of his own titled Breakfast with the Broker. His episodes bring together agents, brokers, and affiliates to promote collaboration and professionalism. David's personality comes into play when he makes the dialogue entertaining and less formal.
Lastly, Chris Krzemien, who moderated the panel, talked about our RWorld Talk Podcast, which he hosts and is produced by Anthony Acevedo from the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. RWorld Talk focuses on adding direct value to its Realtor® Members and is community-friendly content within South Florida.
Any of these podcasts will open your ears and eyes to unique and original content, so check them out. We all consume a lot of information these days, but narrowing down that content and keeping it real estate-specific just may be your cup of tea.
