Reverse Prospecting for Flexmls Users

Did you know? The Reverse Prospecting feature in Flexmls matches potential buyers (via their agents) to your listings. If matched, buyer's agent information is shared with listing agents (and vice versa) for collaboration. Buyer's information, however, is never shared and is only visible to their agent.

Going forward, the default for this feature is ‘Yes ‘unless you edit a contact and ‘Uncheck’ their Reverse Prospecting box.

Reverse Prospecting works by searching for agents who have contacts with saved searches that match your listings. To be eligible for Reverse Prospecting, you must have created or updated a search within the past year, and it must be attached to a contact in Flexmls.
