BeachesMLS owned by Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®, the 3rd largest local association in the nation, has announced an agreement with Prospects Software to bring the widely adopted MLS-Touch mobile MLS app to BeachesMLS’ 41,000 subscribers.

MLS-Touch is an extension of the MLS that is designed with the agent in mind. It offers advanced mobile capabilities, such as smart searches, hotsheet, live market stats, listing edit, access to CoreLogic Property Insights Platform (Realist®) tax info, parcel lines, flood zone data, and much more.
