MARTIN COUNTY HOME SALES RISE AS INVENTORY HOLDS STEADY

Just in! November 2025 reports have been released detailing recent real estate activity in Martin County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.

Martin County’s housing market showed signs of renewed activity in November, even as inventory levels remained relatively stable. Closed sales increased 12.6% year-over-year, with 143 single-family homes sold compared to 127 in November 2024, signaling that motivated buyers are still finding opportunities despite longer timelines and evolving conditions. At the same time, inventory inched up just 1.4% year-over-year to 811 active listings, keeping the market close to balanced with a 4.8-month supply of inventory.

Home prices continued to show resilience. The median sale price rose 7.6% year-over-year to $592,000, reflecting sustained demand for well-priced homes. However, properties are taking longer to sell, with the median time to sale increasing to 93 days, giving buyers more room to weigh their options and negotiate.

“What we’re seeing that Martin County is a market that’s finding its footing,” says Jonathan Lickstein, President of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. “Homes are still selling, prices remain strong, but buyers are taking a more thoughtful approach.
