INVENTORY HOLDS STRONG IN MARTIN COUNTY AS PRICES AND SALES SLIP
Just in! September 2025 reports have been released detailing recent real estate activity in Martin County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
Martin County’s housing market reported closed sales up 12.9% year-over-year to 175 transactions, compared to 155 in September 2024. Active listings increased to 833 homes, while the months’ supply of inventory increased to 5.1. At the same time, the median sale price declined 5% year-over-year to $570,000, suggesting sellers are adjusting expectations to stay competitive.
