SALES SLIP IN BROWARD COUNTY WHILE INVENTORY CONTINUES TO RISE
Just in! September 2025 reports have been released detailing recent real estate activity in Broward County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
Broward County reported closed sales up 12.9% year-over-year to 1,048 transactions, compared to 928 in September 2024. At the same time, active listings rose 13.8%, bringing total inventory to 5,311 homes. This pushed the months’ supply of inventory up to 5.4 so there are more options for buyers and signaling a continued shift toward a more balanced market.
