Now Available in the MLS! In Person Open House Fields
Great news! In-person Open Houses are now available in Flexmls and Matrix.
In March, Florida Realtors® recommended that MLSs temporarily remove in-person open house fields due to the worldwide pandemic outbreak. To protect our members and comply with the request, the in-person open house fields were removed and the new virtual open house fields were added.
Florida Realtors® has now advised us that while virtual open houses are still preferable, in-person events can be held as long as Realtors® and consumers take precautions to protect themselves from this virus.
When conducting in-person open houses, we strongly urge you to follow the COVID-19 Open House Guidelines, which includes DOs and DON'Ts from Florida Realtors®. Virtual Open House options are still available, as well.
