At a critical time for Realtors® across the country, it has never been more important to intentionally educate consumers on the unique expertise that Realtors® offer during the real estate transaction. We took action to create a national movement through our award-winning Only a Realtor® campaign to communicate the role of a Realtor®.

At the same time, we are reminding consumers that by using a Realtor®, they have a professional who can offer experience, transparency, choice, and efficiency through independent, local broker marketplaces.

Consumers are constantly flooded with news from various outlets misrepresenting or contradicting our values. Realtors® across Florida and the Nation need a voice in this conversation. It’s time to change the dynamic and tell our own story.

We invested years of strategy, hard work, and money into this campaign and want to share our results with other associations because we are stronger together than as individuals in this effort to make sure our industry continues to thrive. We need multiple platforms to tell our story, and it will take the collective influence of Realtors® nationwide.

This campaign arms Realtor® members with the tools they need to tell their stories consistently and intentionally, reinforcing the essential role of Realtors® who work tirelessly to build strong communities. 

We are currently licensing our Only a Realtor® campaign’s latest commercial, Box of Memories, and other associations like the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association have already purchased and adopted the campaign in their market.

The licensing agreement is a 45-day launch plan that includes customization of campaign assets, a white-labeled Only a Realtor® campaign website, a communications plan to promote the campaign to members and consumers, an in-depth media strategy to reach your target audiences, and much more.

With a proven record of success, our mission is to help Realtor® associations achieve a high-quality campaign that resonates with consumers and continues to add value to the Realtor® brand. The power of the campaign will be amplified when we create a national movement to ensure consumers understand the essential role of Realtors®.
