CLOSED SALES SURGE AS NEW LISTINGS AND BUYER DEMAND INCREASE IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY
Just in! October 2025 reports have been released detailing recent real estate activity in St. Lucie County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
St. Lucie County’s single-family home market saw forward movement in October, with buyer activity accelerating and inventory continuing to expand. Closed sales rose to 483, up 22.3% from 395 in October 2024.
Pricing remained stable with a slight pullback. The median sale price declined 3.9% to $390,000, and the average sale price decreased 3.5% to $417,869. Inventory saw another month of expansion. Active listings reached 2,421, up 8.7% year-over-year, and the months’ supply of inventory rose to 5.4 months. This positions the market very close to balanced conditions. Median time to contract dropped 13% to 47 days, and median time to sale fell 7.8% to 83 days.
