Just in! July 2025 reports have been released detailing recent real estate activity in St. Lucie County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
St. Lucie County’s housing market remained stable in July, with closed sales nearly flat year-over-year, recording 552 transactions compared to 555 in July 2024. While buyer activity held consistent, active listings increased by 13.6%, reaching 2,632 homes on the market. This drove the months’ supply of inventory up to 5.7, giving buyers more choice with less pressure. The median sale price stayed level at $400,000, showing no year-over-year change and reinforcing price stability in the county.
