Palm Beach County’s housing market remained stable in July, with closed sales essentially unchanged year-over-year (1,375 in July 2025 vs. 1,372 in July 2024). While buyer activity held firm, the market conditions shifted: active listings rose 12.6% to 6,203 homes, and the months’ supply of inventory climbed to 5.8. The median sale price held steady at $640,000, matching July 2024, and maintaining consistency for sellers. Meanwhile, the median time to sale rose to 94 days, up 6.8% year-over-year, suggesting buyers are taking more time to evaluate their options.
