Just in! June 2024 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Martin County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
Florida continues to experience more people heading south looking for their dream home. In June, Martin County had 230 new listings with 727 active listings, which remains fairly consistent with inventory from last month. The county currently has 182 pending sales, serving as an indicator of potential future closed sales in upcoming months.
"Martin County’s median sale price decreased by 8.8% from May 2024, rounding out the month at $625,000. The county’s total dollar volume increased year-over-year by 15% at $140.6 million,” says David Serle, 2024 president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. “With inventory increasing year-over-year and average sale price fluctuating each month, it’s important to remember that each transaction is a unique consumer experience that REALTORS® navigate with different levels of support, complexity, and expertise.”
