Just in! Year-end 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Martin County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
Martin County saw 153 new listings in December remaining fairly consistent with 2022. The county experienced an 18.25% increase of inventory rising to 590 from 499 active listings last year. Overall, Martin County had $105.2 million in dollar volume this month compared to $102.1 million in 2022.
