Just in! February 2024 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in St. Lucie County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
St. Lucie County’s inventory continues to climb with active listings currently sitting at 1,949, a 21.9% increase from this time last year. The county experienced a 12.7% increase in dollar volume overall at $190.9 million this month with the median sale price being $390,000.
"St. Lucie County is continuing to see increased inventory with 698 new listings this month, a 18.7% increase from February 2023.
