Just in! February 2024 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Palm Beach County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
Palm Beach County’s inventory continues to climb with active listings currently sitting at 5,080, a 26.1% increase from this time last year. The county experienced a 19.2% increase in dollar volume overall at $1.1 billion this month with the median sale price being $615,000.
"Palm Beach County is continuing to see increased inventory with 1,877 new listings this month, a 26.5% increase from February 2023.
