Just in! May 2024 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Palm Beach County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
As moving season continues in South Florida, Palm Beach County closed the month with 1,439 sales, consistent with last year’s reported numbers at this time. The county is experiencing increased inventory with 5,108 active listings and 1,313 pending sales last month.
"Palm Beach County’s months supply of inventory is currently sitting at 4.4 months – consistent with last month.
