Just in! May 2024 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Broward County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
As moving season continues in South Florida, Broward County closed the month with 1,249 sales, consistent with last year’s reported numbers at this time. The county is experiencing increased inventory with 4,359 active listings and 1,750 pending sales last month.
"Broward County’s months supply of inventory is currently sitting at 4.3 months – a 7.5% increase from last month.
