BROWARD COUNTY’S TOTAL DOLLAR VOLUME INCREASES YEAR-OVER-YEAR
Just in! July 2024 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Broward County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
Broward County closed 1,131 sales in July while also seeing an increase in active listings to 4,483, a 56.3% increase year-over-year but remaining fairly consistent with last month. The months’ supply of inventory has increased year-over-year by 56.3%, currently sitting at 4.4 months as the county cools towards a balanced market.
"Broward County’s median sale price increased by 4.2% from July 2023, rounding out the month at $625,000.
