Dues/Fees Breakdown

Here is how your dues and fees breakdown.

  • Your Local Dues are $110 and make up 14% of your bill.

Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® (also known as RWorld) is South Florida’s premier Realtor® Association. Our mission is to enhance your ability to conduct business professionally, ethically, and profitably throughout your career.

As a member, you have access to over 1,000 classes and 100 events held annually at free or discounted rates. And we’re always on the cutting edge of the industry, providing you with meaningful benefits, such as the Settlement Action Plan and the Realtor® Revolution Conference, to help you thrive in a rapidly changing market.

  • Your MLS Fees are $303 and make up 38% of your bill.

BeachesMLS is the backbone of real estate in South Florida. It gives you access to Flexmls or Matrix and a multitude of technology tools to help you stay ahead of the curve.

We offer new benefits that matter, such as the All-New IMAPP, Expanded Datashare, Nestfully, Utility Connect & Freemodel. And don't forget about your favorites, such as eSign & Transaction Management, MLS-Touch, Marketing Madness & Free IDX to power your website.

  • Your State Dues are $176 and make up 22% of your bill.

We help collect your state membership dues to Florida Realtors®, so all of your dues appear on one convenient bill. Some of Florida Realtors® top membership benefits include the Legal Hotline, the Tech Helpline, Form Simplicity, the Forewarn Safety app, and SunStats. For 2024, state dues increased by $30.

  • Your National Dues are $201 and make up 26% of your bill.

We help collect your national membership dues to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), so all of your dues appear on one convenient bill. Some of NAR’s top membership benefits include the use of the Realtor® brand, research & statistics, and initiatives to preserve, protect, and advance the real estate industry and homeownership rights.

  • Your invoice includes a voluntary contribution to RPAC, the Realtors® Political Action Committee. RPAC gives you a voice at the local, state & national government levels — and protects your business interests.

  • If you personally want to make a difference in your community, we have foundations that you can support when you pay your dues: the St. Lucie Charitable Foundation, and the Realtors Pay It Forward Foundation.

The St. Lucie Charitable Foundation, formerly known as the Attainable Housing Foundation. This Foundation plays an active role in addressing the ongoing housing crisis facing our country by providing housing grants to individuals and families looking to seek residency in St. Lucie County, and who qualify under specific HUD Guidelines by falling below maximum income thresholds. Since 2006, over $200,000 has been raised and more than 100 foundation grants have been approved making the dream of homeownership a reality for many new residents in St. Lucie County.

The Realtors® Pay It Forward Foundation was recently re-established to help provide financial assistance to Association members and their immediate families who, despite making a determined effort, are in economic distress and need assistance with funds for temporary housing, medical bill payments, and other unexpected expenses. Through this foundation, our more fortunate Association members can "pay it forward" by helping other fellow members who are in need.

  • To comply with applicable tax rules and regulations and to comply with USPS second class postage permit requirements for Florida Realtor® and NAR’s Realtor® magazines, it is necessary for Associations/Boards to include the following disclosures on 2025 Member Dues Billings.

    1. With state dues at $176 per member, Florida Realtors® computes 29% or $42 to be nondeductible for the member's income tax purposes due to Florida Realtors® lobbying efforts. Please note that $30 assessment is a mandatory, non-pro-ratable fee for the advocacy fund.

    2. With dues at $156 per member, National Association of Realtors® computes 35% or $55 to be nondeductible for the member's income tax purposes due to NAR lobbying efforts. Note, the entire $45 Consumer Advertising Campaign special assessment qualifies as fully deductible.

    3. With dues at $110 per member, Broward, Palm Beaches & St Lucie Realtors® computes 9% or $10 to be nondeductible for the member's income tax purposes due to the local association's lobbying efforts.

    4. Contributions to RPAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amounts indicated are merely guidelines and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts. The National Association of REALTORS® and its state and local associations will not favor or disadvantage any member because of the amount contributed or the decision not to contribute. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. 70% of each contribution is allocated to your state or local PAC efforts to support state and local political candidates; 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. 30116. 30% Contributions received from corporate entities shall be forwarded to the National Association of Realtors Political Advocacy Fund.

    5. Dues include a $5.00 allocation to Florida Realtor® Magazine and a $1.14 allocation to NAR’s Realtor® Magazine.

    6. Payments to the Association/Board of Realtors® are not deductible as charitable contributions. Such payments may, however, be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses.
