INVENTORY EXPANDS IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY WHILE SALES REMAIN STEADY

Just in! June 2025 reports have been released detailing recent real estate activity in St. Lucie County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes. 

In June, St. Lucie County’s active listings rose 18.9% year-over-year, reaching 2,607 homes on the market. This pushed the months’ supply of inventory to 5.6, offering buyers greater choice and signaling a more balanced market environment. Closed sales remained flat year-over-year, with 551 transactions in June 2025 versus 552 in June 2024, showing steady buyer demand despite shifting dynamics.
