BROWARD COUNTY’S MONTHS SUPPLY OF INVENTORY INCREASES 42.5% YEAR-OVER-YEAR
Just in! April 2025 reports have been released detailing recent real estate activity in Broward County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
With a year-over-year increase in inventory, Broward County currently has 5,689 active listings – a 37.2% increase. With more competition in the market, it is shifting to favor buyers, making sellers understand that price reductions could be on the horizon. Despite this increase, closed sales dropped 11.9% year-over-year (1,054 in April 2025 vs. 1,196 in April 2024), a strong signal that buyer activity is cooling despite relatively stable pricing.
