Just in! June 2024 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Palm Beach County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.
Florida continues to experience more people heading south looking for their dream home. In June, Palm Beach County had 1,640 new listings with 5,170 active listings, which remains fairly consistent with inventory from last month. The county currently has 1,765 pending sales, serving as an indicator of potential future closed sales in upcoming months.
"Palm Beach County’s median sale price increased by 2.3% from May 2024, rounding out the month at $659,999. The county’s total dollar volume decreased year-over-year by 5.1% at $1.4 billion,” says David Serle, 2024 president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. “With inventory increasing year-over-year and average sale price fluctuating each month, it’s important to remember that each transaction is a unique consumer experience that REALTORS® navigate with different levels of support, complexity, and expertise.”
