Dionna Hall, CEO of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® and BeachesMLS was ranked internationally among the most influential people in real estate in the 2022 Swanepoel Power 200. She joins the likes of Richard Barton (CEO and Co-Founder of Zillow), Gary Keller (Co-Founder and Executive Chair of Keller Williams Realty), Ryan Schneider (President and CEO of Realogy Holdings Corp.), and other prestigious industry leaders on the Swanepoel Power 200 list.

Hall ranked 125th, jumping 3 spots from the 2021 Swanepoel Power 200. This is the fifth time that she has appeared on the list.

Hall serves as the CEO for the nation’s third largest local Realtor® association with over 38,000 members and BeachesMLS, which serves over 41,000 subscribers. She also helps manage four regional boards across South Florida and Treasure Coast.
