PALM BEACH COUNTY SEES 1,757 NEW LISTINGS, 11.4% INCREASE YEAR-OVER-YEAR

 

Just in! October 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Palm Beach County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.

Palm Beach County saw 1,757 new listings in October compared to 1,577 in the previous year, a 11.4% increase. The months supply of inventory has also increased to 3.6 months, a 12.5% increase from 2022.

"Palm Beach County experienced a 3.5% increase in closed sales this month at 1,086 and inventory in the county reached 4,224 active listings,” says Chris Krzemien, president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. “As people make decisions in today’s market, it’s important to remember that each transaction is a unique consumer experience that REALTORS® navigate with different levels of support, complexity and expertise.”
