Education Privacy Policy

Rworld.com and the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® maintains a strict email confidentiality policy to safeguard members from unwanted email correspondence and suspicious electronic communications. The Association is prohibited to sell or share member’s email addresses with entities not directly involved in the administration, recordation, or submission of CE (Continuing Education) credits to the DBPR, or as required by the National Association of Realtors and/or Florida Realtors. Education Refund Policy

To CANCEL your class registration, please email class name, date, and location to education@rworld.com or call 561-353-9190.

Class cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.

Members who “No Show” a class without notice of cancellation prior to class will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.

Events Privacy Policy

When you register or enter an event held by the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® (Rworld.com) live events or virtual webinars, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By registering or entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Rworld.com and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Rworld.com events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Rworld.com. You release Rworld.com, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By registering or entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Rworld.com or the person or entity designated to do so by Rworld.com.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before registering or entering the event.
