Yes, all Realtors® must complete ethics training every 3-year cycle and submit their Certificate of Completion to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) or their local Realtor® association (Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®).

If you don’t complete your ethics training every 3-year cycle, your Realtor® membership is at risk. Please complete your training ASAP here: Association Classes or CE Shop Class

If you completed a 14-Hour License Renewal course or 3-Hour Ethics course during Cycle 8, you have fulfilled the ethics training requirement and need to submit your Certificate of Completion here. To check the status of your ethics training, click here and your username will be your NAR Member ID.
Please Note: New Member Orientation and 45-Hour Post Licensing courses will not fulfill your ethics training requirement.

Cycle 8 is the 3-year period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027. You need to submit a Certificate of Completion to report that you finished your training for that period.

Be prepared to complete and report your ethics training during Cycle 9 (January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2030). You can complete training through a stand-alone ethics course by clicking here: Includes 3CE Credits | Excludes CE Credits. Then, submit a Certificate of Completion to report that you finished your training by clicking here.
Please Note: If you completed ethics training for Cycle 8 in 2028, you will still need to complete ethics training for Cycle 9 (January 1, 2028 and December 31, 2030).
