Yes, all Realtors® must complete ethics training every 3-year cycle and submit their Certificate of Completion to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) or their local Realtor® association (Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®).

Cycle 7 is the 3-year period between January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024. You need to submit a Certificate of Completion to report that you finished your training between the dates of January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024.

More than likely, you already completed ethics training in your 14-Hour License Renewal course or through a stand-alone Ethics course. To check the status of your ethics training, click here and your username will be your NAR Member ID.
Please Note: New Member Orientation and 45-Hour Post Licensing courses will not fulfill your ethics training requirement.

You can submit a Certificate of Completion to report that you finished your training on or after January 1, 2022 by clicking here.

Next, you should complete and report your ethics training for Cycle 8 (January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027). You can complete training through a stand-alone ethics course by clicking here: Includes 3CE Credits | Excludes CE Credits. Then, submit a Certificate of Completion to report that you finished your training on or after January 1, 2025 by clicking here.
Please Note: If you completed ethics training for Cycle 7 in 2025, you will still need to complete ethics training for Cycle 8 between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027.
