Broward County Reopens Vacation Rentals
Broward County issues new provisions for short term vacation rentals, restaurants, and more with Emergency Order 20-24.
August 21, 2020 — Broward County has issued Emergency Order 20-24 authorizing the immediate reopening of vacation rentals in Section 1.B.18 (Page 2). All Vacation Rentals must follow the health and safety guidelines outlined in Attachment 18, the "Short-Term Vacation Rental Reopening Plan for Broward County."
The order also expands restaurant closing times from 10:00 pm until 11:00 pm, among other provisions.
