Local CEO Ranks Among ‘Most Powerful and Influential’ in Real Estate in Swanepoel Power 200

Dionna Hall, CEO of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® and BeachesMLS was ranked internationally among the most influential people in real estate in the 2021 Swanepoel Power 200. She joins the likes of Richard Barton (CEO and Co-Founder of Zillow), Gary Keller (Co-Founder and Executive Chair of Keller Williams Realty), Ryan Schneider (President and CEO of Realogy Holdings Corp.), and other prestigious industry leaders on the Swanepoel Power 200 list.

Hall ranked 128th, jumping 13 spots from where she placed in the 2020 Swanepoel Power 200. This is the fourth time that she has appeared on the list. Hall serves as the CEO for the nation’s third largest local Realtor® association with over 35,000 members and BeachesMLS, which serves over 36,000 subscribers. In this position, she helps manage five regional boards across South Florida and Treasure Coast.
