Dionna Hall Named 2026 Shuttleworth MLS Executive of the Year
BeachesMLS CEO recognized for transformative leadership and longstanding service to the MLS
The Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) today announced Dionna Hall, CEO of BeachesMLS, as the 2026 Shuttleworth MLS Executive of the Year. The award was presented during CMLS Open House in Fort Lauderdale, recognizing Hall’s leadership, service and lasting impact on the MLS community.
For more than a decade, Hall has helped shape the direction of her organization and the broader MLS landscape. Her career reflects the qualities at the heart of the Shuttleworth Award: excellence in organizational leadership, service to her peers and a willingness to step forward at defining moments for the industry.
A Milestone Year
In 2026, Hall helped lead the consolidation of RWorld and MIAMI REALTORS®, bringing together two major organizations and creating the nation’s third-largest MLS with approximately 94,000 subscribers. The consolidation marked a defining moment in Hall’s leadership and created new opportunities to serve real estate professionals and consumers across the South Florida marketplace.

For leaders working alongside Hall, the consolidation builds on years of innovation and a willingness to challenge assumptions about what an MLS can become.

Hall’s approach has also been grounded in listening to the professionals and consumers the MLS serves and translating their needs into action.
“I’ve had the privilege of knowing and working with Dionna for over a decade, and throughout that time, I’ve seen firsthand how tirelessly she has worked to ensure our MLS remains at the forefront of the industry,” said Jonathan Dolphus, 2026 chairman-elect of MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld. “What I appreciate most about her leadership is her ability to listen to ideas at the local level, understand the needs of our subscribers and consumers, and find innovative ways to turn them into action. The honor carries added significance as Hall and BeachesMLS welcome the CMLS community to Fort Lauderdale for Open House, bringing colleagues from across the MLS ecosystem to the market she has helped lead.
Leadership Beyond BeachesMLS
Hall’s influence extends well beyond her own organization. A past president and longtime member of the CMLS Board of Directors, she helped guide CMLS through a period of significant change for the MLS community, including major litigation, evolving industry practices and changes stemming from the NAR settlement.
She has also been a consistent voice in CMLS conversations about the future of MLS, challenging peers to think differently, confront difficult questions and consider how MLS organizations can continue evolving to meet the needs of their markets.
