Deal Maker Awards Announced by the Realtors® Commercial Alliance
February 20, 2020 (West Palm Beach, Florida) — Members of The Realtors® Commercial Alliance (RCA), a division of the Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors® were recognized for their outstanding accomplishments and contributions to the commercial real estate industry. The awards were based on complexity, environmental concerns, financing, proficiency in overcoming obstacles and the overall impact the business deal had on the community.
Joe Pelayo with Total Real Estate Consultants in Coral Springs was named 2019 Realtor® of the Year. Two Men and Truck, West Palm Beach and Treasure Coast was named the 2019 Affiliate of the Year. Paul Snitkin with Anderson & Carr in West Palm Beach received the John Perrone Charitable Contributions award.
In addition, eight local agents were recognized for their outstanding accomplishments including: Alan Steinberg of Keyes Commercial was presented with the Business Broker of the Year award for the sale of Dandee Donuts in Hollywood. Zach Rossetti with Anderson & Carr received the Hospitality Deal of the Year for sale of space for the Lucky Dog Park & Bar in West Palm Beach. Robert Hamman of SVN Florida in Jupiter was presented with the Multi-family Deal of the Year for the sale of 3 multi-family properties in West Palm Beach. Fred Barboni of Coastal Realty Advisors was awarded the Special Purpose Deal of the Year for the sale of the Nautical Ventures Marine Center in Dania Beach. Blair Lee of Lighthouse Realty Services received the Office Deal of the Year for the lease of a multi-tenant building in Congress Professional Center in Palm Springs. Carol Bernton of The Keyes Company and David Marulli with Berkshire Hathaway were awarded the Retail Deal of the Year for the sale of the Shoppes in the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens. Paul Snitkin with Anderson & Carr received the Industrial Deal of the Year for the sale of an office/warehouse building in West Palm Beach to Sasser Glass and also the Land Deal of the Year for the sale of the Sykes Parcel in West Palm Beach.
