Great News! CE Credits Now Apply to Virtual Education

Just in, the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) unanimously adopted an Emergency Rule stipulating that FREC is waiving the requirement that educational courses must be live or in-person.

FREC is now authorizing any such courses previously approved for in-person delivery to be delivered by live-streaming/video-conferencing technologies (such as Go to Meetings, WebEx, Zoom, etc.) without any additional approvals, submissions or fees.

This rule would go into effect on Wednesday, April 8, 2020, and would last for a period of 90-days. This will ONLY cover any previously approved CE, POST LICENSE OR PRE-LICENSE classes and only for 90-days.  After the 90-day Emergency Rule Period, we would revert back to normal class submissions for any distance learning or live streaming programs.

Stay tuned for CE Credit Webinars coming soon!
