MARTIN COUNTY SEES $103.5 MILLION DOLLAR VOLUME IN SEPTEMBER

 

Just in! September 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Martin County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.

Martin County saw $103.5 million in dollar volume last month, a 14.8% decrease from September 2022. The median sale price in the county is $577,645, a 4.8% decrease year of year.

"Martin County is seeing a slight increase in months supply of inventory from August 2022, currently sitting at 2.9 months.
