INVENTORY RISES IN MARTIN COUNTY AS MOVING SEASON APPROACHES

 

Just in! April 2023 reports have been released from Florida Realtors® detailing recent real estate activity in Martin County. The reports compare year-over-year data. Here are statistics on single-family homes.

Martin County is experiencing a 72.8% increase of inventory year-over-year with 463 active listings. The county’s supply of inventory reached 2.9 months compared to 1.3 months in 2022 – a 123.1% increase.

“Martin County is continuing to see a steady increase of inventory since the beginning of the year,” says Chris Krzemien, president of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. “With moving season quickly approaching and the State experiencing a high influx of new residents, it’s never been more of an important time to contact a REALTOR® to navigate the current marketplace with consumer’s best interest in mind.”

Median home sale price has decreased since 2022 at 8% with dollar volume increasing to $220.7 million. The majority of active listings are sitting at $1 million or more.
